The Argazdan battle fleet was a fleet established by Myrial, the dictator of the Argazdan Redoubt. The Argazdan leader formed the fleet to help protect the Redoubt—formerly the Kanz sector—after she declared the secession of the region from the Galactic Republic. The first target of the battle fleet was the planet Ereesus, where Myrial ordered the starships to scorch the world and eliminate all life there, retaliation for the Ereesi species' enslavement of the Argazdans before the war that ended the Argazdans' servitude. The massacre on Ereesus marked the beginning of the Kanz Disorders.
