The second season of the Schizophrenia brand for Psychotic Wrestling Alliance (PWA) (which currently is the Insanity brand of Lords of Pain Wrestling) commenced after the first Altered Reality and concluded at Altered Reality II in June 2006. The season contained only three Schizophrenia-exclusive pay-per-view shows until Altered Reality II took place, showcasing e-wrestlers from Schizophrenia and the PWA's opposite brand, Pyromania. The season's head writer was SoL.
