He succeeded Laarin Andos in the post in 2370, when Andos was promoted to Director. (DTI novel: Watching the Clock) In 2373, he assigned DTI agents Gariff Lucsly and Marion Dulmur to investigate the elimination of the Maquis from history, and then, in the restored history, to investigate temporal being created by the Maquis.
