Rottman (ロットの男性, Rottman) is a member of The Halloween Pirates, within the Jack-0-Latern Division. He is the second in command of the division and is a master navigator. Originally Rottman gave his loyalties to the World Government, seeing now need for Pirates or Marines in the world. He offered a plan to them, to allow both marines and Pirates to be wiped out of existence. However, his plan went before the Gorosei and was quickly shot down. Disgusted with the leaders of the government, he sided with Samhain and offered his services in the New coming Halloween Era.
