Game Gear Bats is an insert set in 2000 Topps Stars. This 10-card set features game used bat chips of primarily baseball’s rising stars. The cards were inserted in three different groups with overall odds of 1:175 packs. The Mark Quinn and Chipper Jones cards were inserted as exchange cards that could be redeemed until May 30, 2001. Virtually every card in this set was a rising stars in 1999 (outside of Chipper), and eight of the nine had disappointing careers.
