James Davis Warren (born July 20, 1939 in Ferriday, Louisiana, died August 9, 2006) was a former American college and professional football cornerback who played twelve seasons of professional football, with the American Football League's San Diego Chargers and Miami Dolphins and with the NFL Oakland Raiders. Warren had three children. He had two daughters (one resides in Gulfport, MS and the other in Atlanta, GA) and three sons (one resides in Hammond, LA, Baton Rouge, LA and Miami, FL). Warren also had seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
