501-Z-4X (usually just called Zax) is a salvaged 501-Z Police Droid rescued from a scrap yard by Lyel'aran. He served as an Imperial Police Officer and in private security for 20 years before being “killed” on a mission shortly before The Battle of Yavin. He lay dormant for another 8 years before being rediscovered. He is currently coming to terms with the vast amount of change in the Galaxy since he was last active and is serving as security with Thalo Spraxx's Privateers aboard the MCV Ravager ..unless his stubbornness gets him shut off again.
