Safehouses can be bought by picking up a floating green house icon in front of a building for a price. All safehouses are available to purchase from the beginning of the game. However due to hurricane Hermione cutting off parts of the city, not all of them are immediately accessible. All safehouses are required to attain 100% completion of the game, costing a combined total of $41,500. In the mobile port, the prices for the safehouses are cut in half.
