Miirraa Tensraka used a lightsaber in combat throughout the Clone Wars as an Admiral, and afterward on various planets. In combat, the lightsaber was used in a mixture of all the forms besides Forms I, II, and III, as Miirraa believed them not strong enough. The weapon was destroyed by Darth Vader aboard a Star Destroyer a few years after the Clone Wars when Miirraa's hold sliped upon realizing who the Sith Lord was. The hilt was sliced in half and retrieved by her as she and her friends ran.
