Xarthisius' tower is located in the city of Nilfgaard. It was given as a reward to a local mage of dubious note, Xarthisius by Emhyr var Emreis. He was more of a fortune-teller and astrologer at the court of Emperor than a sorcerer. The tower is said to contain quite an assortment of astrological equipment.
