The name "Arcadia Carr" is only referenced in the game files. Despite being a Knowledge Sim, Arcadia has the lifetime want to reach the top of the Military career. This want makes her compatible, at least in theory, with a Popularity Sim, though she would have better chemistry with a Family or Fortune Sim.
