There are apparently two types of Dooferalls: the regular pants and the skirt. Every one of them is gray and has a red "D" on it (D for the initial of Doofenshmirtz). It was also mentioned by a Norm Bot that they only come in one size. When on duty, members of The Resistance would defiantly exempt themselves from the policy to wear Dooferalls, except for Baljeet.
