Hinpar is a realm mentioned in the animated television series Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm. It is the home realm of the character named Ruby. It is stated by Raiden to be a realm of endless night. It is also said to have been taken over by Shao Kahn, though it is not entirely established that it is a part of Outworld due to comments made by Kitana and Raiden. It is said that Hinpar is a realm ruled by Shao Kahn, though why he would not merge it into Outworld is never established. Though they say that they are headed into Hinpar, Raiden tells them that he cannot go with them, as his powers will not work in Outworld. However, this can be simply be another plot hole in the non-canon show.
