P. Fenton Cosgrove was an early version of Waldorf who appeared in the Muppet Meeting Films "Muppet Introduction" and "Just a Few Announcements." An absent-minded company executive with an affinity for napping, Mr. Cosgrove served on a panel with Sam the Eagle, Kermit the Frog, and an early version of Janice. In "Just a Few Announcements," Mr. Cosgrove owned a white Eldorado with Delaware license plates. While Cosgrove slumbers during Janice's announcements, the car, which contains the only copy of the company's plans, is destroyed.
