They were first introduced as Earth Eleven's third opponents in the Grand Celesta Galaxy. The third member of Shitennou, Rodan Gasgus, came to their captain, Arbega Gordon, and requested to join the team. However, Arbega refused his offer and said they could win on their own. Rodan then challenged him to a soccer battle and won it easily by scoring a goal using his Soul, Doruuga. After the goal, Arbega changed his mind and was forced to let him join the team.
