Gregory Tepper was a doctor who was ordered by Samantha Reyes to cover up an incident involving Frank Castle in which his entire family were massacred and he was shot as a result of Reyes' poorly planned sting. When Tepper was called to speak in court for Reyes, he was forced by Elektra to confess his sins before he was later assassinated by Ray Schoonover.
