Caroline was the wife of millionaire werewolf hunter, Tom Newcliffe, but in the climax of the film, she unknowingly became a werewolf when she was infected by her dog, who was killed by the actual werewolf. Caroline participated in an odd tests that had all of the guests putting a silver bullet in their mouths, because silver is lethal to werewolves. It was during this test that Caroline began turning villainous; acting sarcastic and later revealing that her right hand was covered with hair and had long, clawed fingernails. Shortly afterwards, Caroline turned heel and transformed into a werewolf, much to the group's horror. After her transformation, the villainous Caroline lunged after Tom, who shot and killed her.
