Devika is shown to be manipulative but friendly at the same time as well as mean and nice shown when she constantly changes her tone of voice. She also has some criminal traits seen when she tells her twin sister that she forged Ron's signature for the need no permissions list which is a list that governs who can take the kids off of the premises with or without permission. She's also always hustling to get what she wants even threatening blackmail if they refuse. However under all these negative traits she also has positive traits as well. She'll protect her sister till the end and others that she cares about.
