The T'rasus-class was a type of starbird that saw service with the Romulan Star Empire during the 24th century. The class entered service in 2357. (Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 5: Starships of the Romulan Star Empire; The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon) The T'rasus designers drew from the D'deridex-class development project and as such the T'rasus resembles its larger cousin. The main difference apart from the size is that it had a shorter and thicker dorsal connecting interhull and no ventral main hull.
