Amaya Aru (あるアマヤ, Aru Amaya), commonly refered to as simply Aru (マヤ, Aru), is the lieutenant of the 2nd Division under Captain, Yukio Houjou. Despite being the lieutenant of the 2nd Division, she is not a major member of the Onmitsukidō, but rather serves as a normal troop, mainly because of her irresponsible behavior which far exceeds her Captain's.
