Durjik was a male Romulan who, sometime prior to late 2379, served as a Senator in the Imperial Romulan Senate. During the turbulent times in the Romulan Star Empire that followed the murder of Praetor Hiren and most of the Senate at the hands of Shinzon, Durjik allied himself with Tebok and former senator Pardek. The three of them served as a "war hawk" faction that sought to encourage preemptive strikes against the Federation. Durjik opposed the decriminalization of Spock's Unification movement.
