Crimson Heads are introduced as Infected cards in the third DBG set, Outbreak. They have 30 Health and deal 20 Damage by themselves, but can increase their stats through their effect: if the player currently battling a Crimson Head has any Infected cards with "Zombie" in their name attached to them, the Crimson Head gains +10 Health and +10 Damage. This plays off a zombie resurrecting into a Crimson Head in the REmake and Umbrella Chronicles.
