The Advanced Chipper Lab is an Upgrade Building only available on Bloons Monkey City Mobile. It allows the ability to research upgrades for Bloonchippers. It costs File:City cash.pngTBA to build, takes TBA hours/minutes to build, and gives TBA XP upon completion. It takes up 1x1 tile space, and File:Lightning thing-0.png40. Requires Level 5 (although not many people will have Bloonchippers before then).
