Ingrid Peters is a German singer and radio presenter. She began her music career in 1976 and twice attempted to represent her home country at the Contest before finally being selected for the 1986 Contest in Bergen where she finished in 8th place overall. She made a guest appearance during the national finals in 1987 and 2007 and continues to release singles and albums. In 2016, she celebrated her fortieth year in the industry by releasing a Greatest Hits album.
