You need: * six "Colony Ship Components" (like Civ1's "SS Structural"), costing a total of 1,440 resources in a city or cities that can access Cobalt (the brownish-pink crystals) * four "Power Modules" (like Civ1's "SS Component" but all one type), costing a total of 2,400 resources in a city or cities that can access Uranium (the light-stick) * two "Habitation Modules" (like Civ1's "SS Module" but just one type), costing a total of 1,600 resources in a city or cities that can access Mercury (the three globules)
