In Congress by unanimous vote the United States of America and the Seminole Nation hereby establish this treaty to end war between our two nations. The Seminole Nation shall cease to exist, and all former members of said state shall be moved to the Indian Territory. All former members of the Seminole Nation shall be granted amnesty by the United States, and shall be exempt from any legal action involving the said war. The Seminole Nation leaders shall admit they were the agressors in the said war.
