Jimmy Mairs is a former NASCAR driver from Wheaton, MD. He competed in five Nextel Cup Series events in his career, earning two top-tens. Mairs' debut came in 1956, when he competed at Daytona Beach. Starting 64th in the field of seventy-six, Mairs only lasted just a few laps before a crash left him 75th. Mairs' next start came during the 1959 season, when he competed at Nashville. Starting 15th in the field, Mairs lost his engine nearly two thirds of the race in and finished a respectable 23rd.
