Sergeant Nestor Reagan was a member of the Army of the Southern Cross' Space Corp. Prior to the Second Robotech War, he was assigned to a base in Africa with "The Misfits" after complaining about the Southern Cross mecha in front of one General Anatole Leonard's crony designers. The night of new recruit's Madalyne Hyser's arrival, the Robotech Masters invaded. Their waste disposal destroyed the base's transmitter. Although he wanted to go into space with the Robotech Defense Force, he missed out.
