The Madhavi people were a group of (possibly fictitious) people native to Albion. After Lancelot was resurrected by Morgana, he gave a fake story to Arthur about what happened to him after stepping through the veil between the worlds, as he was told by Morgana. He claimed he was found near-death by the Madhavi people, and they helped him as their customs dictate they must give food and shelter to the needy (Lancelot Du Lac). He also claimed they give him a bracelet (that was actually given to him by Morgana) that he would give to Gwen as an 'engagement' gift for her first failed wedding to Arthur.
