There were two cases of Buy More robbers/shoplifters in the series history, one in "Chuck Versus the Helicopter" and the other in Chuck Versus the Webisodes 1 In "Chuck Versus the Helicopter" at the beginning of the episode Chuck, Casey and Morgan are chasing a shoplifter through the car park outside of the Buy More. Casey manages to tackle him and takes him back to the Buy More. He is clearly an old nemesis for Morgan, who taunts him as he is hauled away.
