Eviler Bowser is Bowser's clone after Elmo killed him. Eviler Bowser is waaaaaaaay more eviler than Bowser by 90%. He said he wanted to blow up the world. Elmo had to think fast. He quickly ate a cookie and then attacked him. Eviler Bowser died and had another clone, Super Evil Bowser which was 99.999% more eviler than Eviler Bowser. Elmo killed Super Evil Bowser and saved Choclate Chip Cookies everywhere.
