Otto Matic is a Starbase Technician NPC who works in Starbase 3001. Otto Matic hangs out near the blue and yellow launchpad to the World Builder League. She has not quite mastered her jetpack yet, and if players try to interact with her, her jetpack will malfunction, sending her flying uncontrollably into the air before crashing down to the floor. She currently has no dialogue or missions and remains only a background character.
