Skandarn's Offspring is a found as a rare reward from doing public events in Baerton Snowdrift Isle, Baerton Stonecliff Isle, Drathgor Gloomwave Isle, and Drathgor Duskhowler Isle. It is a and is colored black with a vibrant red on it's wings, chest, and tail. Skandarn can be obtained from a special dragon egg or flute as a reward from the Territory Public Event: Hold the Fort. Chests purchased with Warforged Insignias at the Citadel also have a low chance of rewarding the flute. The chances of Skandarn appearing from the flute instead of another ancient is uncommon but not rare.
