The Sidemore Navy was the armed space force of the Republic of Sidemore. The Navy was founded in 1911 PD. The Royal Manticoran Navy did much to employ SN personnel in responsible positions so they could gain experience to build an elite that could later lead the Sidemore Navy. While the Republic of Sidemore population was small, thus the Sidemore Navy was limited in size due to personnel limits. Initially, the SN used prizes captured by the RMN's Task Group 1037 and was staffed by a few hundred people. (HH6, HH10)
