Al Raker was a member of the Footprints spy ring which infiltrated Micro-Eye Industries and stole the top-secret satellite camera they were developing for the US government. Raker worked at Corporated Laundries and used the laundry's access to the Micro-Eye plant to disguise himself as a guard and take photographs of the camera's development.
