Akasuna no Sasori is the epithet of Sasori. One of Sunagakure's most famous puppet-users, and missing-nin who would kill the Third Kazekage and join the Akatsuki. The English translation is "Sasori of the Red Sand". It was a name given to Sasori during the Third Great Shinobi War, where Sasori's puppets laid waste to countless enemies, staining the sand in red blood.
