Daz Sampson is an English singer/rapper who represented the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 in Athens with the self-penned song Teenage Life. The song was a commercial success prior to Eurovision becoming a Top 10 hit for him on the UK Singles Chart with the single released on 14 May 2006 just prior to the contest. Howeverm on the night of the Contest in Athens, his total score was 25 points, placing him a disappointing 19th.
