Quarks is an operatic frog, who was practicing to sing "La donna è mobile" in Italian in the Sesamstrasse episode 2378. Quarks' Italian is not very good, but he wants to be special so he attempts to sing the song in various animal languages. But Finchen and Samson end up convincing him that he should sing it in a language that is more natural to him.
