When Stewie wants to know how they will pay for it, Brian reports that it is being put on Phillipa's husband Burt's credit card. When Stewie wonders of Burt knows about things such as this, Brian says he would if he wasn't working all of the time, which draws support from Phillipa. Phillipa is voiced by Alex Borstein.
