The Enforcers of the Plot Continuum (EPC) is an evil organization of Suvians in the mirror multiverse. It is led by the Sunflower Emperor, an evil Flower who wishes to dominate all multiverses. The mirror Ontic Laison has claimed that they're planning to invade the PPC, and possibly the prime multiverse in general.
