Also known as Nyr'leha, to access Moarsman City, you must complete the Lord Test. Once you become a Lord in your society, you can use the portal Statue at 87.9S, 55.9W, or the statue at 87.9S, 54.5W near the Moarsman Gateway Temple southeast of Candeth Keep to be portaled to the island (same statue used during the Society Lord Test). There are no tiable portals nearby, however there is a lifestone not too far away at 88.1S, 60.9W.
