Clarvon "Clear" Mason is a friend and associate of Chiller. They've known each other since PreKay, and, according to Chiller's mom, Clarvon has been "playin'" Chiller since first grade. Clarvon set Chiller up to trip an ultra-cold cryonic vent, instead of getting frozen, Chiller got powers. Clarvon is going to be a star witness against the Kadillac Krew.
