The Invasion of Mandalore was a failed attempt by the Jedi and the Republic to invade the Mandalorian capital of Mandalore. After the Second Battle of Coruscant, the Galactic Senate proposed an idea to invade the Mandalorians at the heart of their empire. They thought this would end the war quickly with few casualties. The time of the invasion was too long delayed and the Mandalorians found out the plans. Soon after, the Republic called off the invasion. The Mandalorians had taken all of their fleets and stationed them on and around Mandalore, making it impossible to breach.
