Thurston's wife, referred to only as Noblewoman in game, is found in the large suite on the ground floor of the Candlekeep Inn alongside her husband. Talking to her only triggers one dialogue line, so you may want to talk to Thurston instead. Killing her results in reputation loss. Her husband will not turn hostile toward you, but you will be unable to initiate the regular dialogue with him.
