Carline is a part of the conspiracy surrounding the Global Blackout. FBI agent Janis Hawk works as a mole for Carline after being introduced to Carline by Lita, though Hawk is actually a double agent working for Marshall Vogel and the CIA. Carline's cover is that she is the manager of the Pet Emporium.
