Kuulan was a Kantare captain. In 2129, his supply ship left the Kantare colony on Kotara Barath for his homeworld, but was forced to crash land on an uninhabited planet due to an ion storm. Kuulan died in the incident, though Ezral later recreated a hologram of Kuulan, identical in appearance and personality. (ENT: "Oasis") In the final draft script of "Oasis", Kuulan was described as being in his "mid-fifties." The character was played by actor Rudolph Willrich.
