As its name implies, the area is almost solely inhabited by Kromars of levels 83-85, making it a good leveling area for a late-game party. On the end of the west upper part of the coast, across the bridge, the Stormy Belagon can be found. Behind it, there is a sealed door that can be opened if the party has obtained the High Entia Emblem.
