David Zen Mansley is a voice actor currently the voice of Agent/President John Bishop in the cartoon series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Mansley has also provided the voices for several other cartoon characters on TMNT such as Darius Dun, Triceraton Warrior, and Hun. He has also provided the voice for Armand_Aniskov on the cartoon series Speed Racer: The Next Generation.
