This is a list of bus routes in Greater Manchester. First Greater Manchester and Stagecoach Manchester are the major operator of bus services in Greater Manchester with First the major operator in most of the north of Manchester and Stagecoach the major operator in the south Manchester and in Wigan in the north of the region, although following Stagecoach's takeover of Bluebird in 2013 and First's takeover of Finglands in 2014, both operators now operate on both sides of Manchester. Arriva North West runs services throughout the west of the county.
