After the Malazan Expeditionary Force invaded Rool, Overlord Yeull 'ul Taith brought his troops to Lallit. From there they embarked on a voyage down the Crack Strait to Korelri to ally with the Stormguard. Commander Borun and his thousand Black Moranth were left behind and abandoned. Ultimately a lone Blue Moranth vessel from the Expeditionary Force arrived in Lallit's harbour to reach terms with their cousins.
